Every QROM story begins with uncertainty: something hidden, unresolved, or out of place. The story follows that question until its hidden structure becomes visible.
Question. Line. Reveal.
What happened? What’s hidden? Who’s lying? The question gives the story its direction.
Clues, evidence, contradictions, and shifting suspicion create a path through uncertainty.
New information changes the picture. A discovery, withheld fact, or evidentiary turn moves the story forward.
